  • High strength of the whole mechanical cast coil and well withstand sudden short-circuit.
  • Strong capability of moisture-proof anti-corrosion, especially suit for working in extreme hard environmental condition, can put into operation without drying process.
  • PD small, long service life. As for the coil is casted by vacuuming and under the condition of "positive pressure", so there is no air bubbles between inter-turn and inter-layer, greatly reducing the amount of partial discharge. In addition, the intensity of machine is supper great after epoxy-resin, strong capacity of resistance to sudden short-circuit.
  • With impeccable temperature protection and housing guards, it has provided a guarantee for the safe and reliable operation of product.
  • Coil design and manufacturing:

  High-voltage coil like a "cake" structure, improve the inside coil electrical load strength and cooling capacity of product. Low voltage coil use copper foil around the system for reducing the problem of coil end leakage reactance.

  • Core manufacturing:

  In order to low down the no-load losses, noise and strength of core mechanical, we use WISCO 30Q120 silicon steel sheet materials.
